Welcome to my new website and my new blog! Welcome to new subscribers and those who have migrated from the old blog! 

I’m very excited to have a new website at long last and after much thought! It was 2009 when I last revised the old website, and much has changed in the online world since then. The biggest change has been more people now accessing the internet via their cell phones and tablets. The old website was not configured for them. 

Much has changed in the world of website coding as well which also made the old website very obsolete and hard to find. I have watched with dismay as my visitor numbers plummeted over the past five years, but health problems and family obligations kept me from doing anything about it. 

At the urging of artist friends, I came to FineArtStudioOnline to construct the new website because they do a lot of the work, and I don’t have to spend a lot of time learning new coding protocols and so much more. That leaves me free to get back to creating new art.

So here I am creating my first blog post on the new website. I do so hope you will enjoy  browsing the website and reading the blog. Be sure to sign up for the newsletter as well.
